Add Vacation Message

To add a vacation message, follow the steps below:

1. Enter your User name and password into the My Actrix Login box on the Actrix homepage then click Login.

2. Go to the MyServices menu running along the top and from the drop down menu, go to Misc. Options and then click on Vacation Messaging.

3. Enter a subject for the message you want to send out.

4. Enter the text of the message you want to send out.

5. Click on Set your Vacation Message and your message will be set up.

Removing or Editing a Vacation Message

1. Follow steps 1 and 2 above.

2. You will be presented with a screen showing your current Vacation message.

3. If you wish to edit your message, make any changes and click Edit Vacation Message.

4. If you wish to undo any changes you have made, click the Reset button.

5. If you wish to remove your Vacation message, click on the Remove current message button.
