What's with "Tolls" plans?The plans that require tolls are available if you also take ActrixTolls, so you can save even more.Payment OptionsSix Monthly:If you would prefer to pay every six months instead of every month this is the option for you. Any excess usage charges are still billed monthly. 12 Monthly: Sign-up for 12 months at a time and pay a reduced monthly fee. My ActrixAll customers have access to My Actrix where you can use your e-mail, check your account, add and remove services, top-up your prepay account or check the online help.Web-mailAll Actrix mailboxes also come with webmail. All you need to do to access it is login to My Actrix.User HomepagesAll dial-up plans include 20MB of space for a personal homepage. This is accessed through My Actrix.HelpdeskOur helpdesk is the backbone of our customer experience, and is based in our Wellington office. Once your modem is installed you simply connect your computer to your phone line and tell it to dial-up to Actrix. Your modem talks to our modem and all going well you are now online. Our helpdesk exist to help you, so if you have any questions about this please give them a call on 0800 ACTRIX (228749).Actrix supports modem speeds up to 56Kbps (Kilobits per second), however there are a number of outside influences (e.g. line quality) that can affect the speed of your connection. |
