If you're going away and won't be checking your e-mail for a while you can set-up a vacation message, or auto-reply on your Actrix mailbox. That way you can let everyone know you won't be getting back to them as quickly as normal.

There is no charge for this service, but you need to login to My Actrix to set it up.

If you are using a domain name (e.g. user@domain.co.nz) that points to an Actrix E-mail address, you should enter your user@domain.co.nz address in the "From" field to make sure E-mails sent to the domain also receive your vacation message.
