If you purchased your modem from Actrix please use the Modem Setup links on the left for instructions to setup your Actrix modem.

For non-Actrix modems you will need to enter some or all of the following settings to configure your VDSL modem / router to use Actrix VDSL2. The exact settings required will depend on your modem make and model, however we would recommend using the modems Setup Wizard if available and verify the settings below have the correct values.

Username: username@dsl.actrix.co.nz
Password: your normal password

Protocol: PPP over Ethernet (PPPoE)
VLAN ID: 10
MTU: 1492
